The main area of the gite comprises a living - dining - kitchen area which is made light and airy by the patio doors that open out on to the pool, and by the vaulted beamed ceiling. With plenty of seating in the living area around the open fire, the feeling of light and space, the gorgeous parkland, pool, and Bergerac a matter of minutes away, there really couldn't be anywhere better to spend a week or 2 or more in France, whatever the season.

The Mouton gite is the larger of the two gites offering the following accommodation : a double bedroom, with views over the parkland, a twin bedroom and additional sleeping on a sofa bed in the main living area.
The living area also plays host to a large traditional style open fire, which adds character in the summer, and coziness in the winter.
The light and modern kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, hob, microwave oven, coffee maker and toaster. With a dining table and 6 chairs close at hand.
